Stir fry egg noodles with bean sprouts, green scallions and soy sauce

Mung bean sprouts area culinary vegetable grown by sprouting mung beans. They can be grown by placing and watering the sprouted beans in the shade until the hypocotyls grow long.

t's known for its very mild flavor, with many people finding it sweet enough to eat raw. Though Spanish onions don't keep very well, they are versatile enough to work in many different types of dishes.

Green onions, also called scallions and spring onions, areyoung onions harvested when their tops are green and the underdeveloped bulbs are 13 mm (0.5 inch) or less in diameter. Their flavour is mild, and the entire onion, including top, stem, and bulb.

Soy sauce taste is predominated by saltiness, followed by moderate umami, sweet taste, and finally slight bitterness.  Soy contains isoflavones, which are compounds said to have benefits such as reducing menopause symptoms and improving cholesterol.
