House sambal consists ofIndonesian kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), red chilli, tomato pieces, shallots and lime, it has a sweet and spicy taste and usually used for barbecue dishes.

Each bell pepper color has a different flavor. Green bell peppers taste more vegetal and can be bitter. Red bells are sweeter, are not bitter, and often have a slight citrus flavor. Yellow and orange ones are similar to red, but less sweet and less citrusy (and no bitterness). Bell peppers are rich in antioxidants, which are associated with better health and protection against conditions like heart disease and cancer.
